【Objective】 To investigate the risk factors of children with central coordination disturbance (CCD) and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. 【Methods】 A total of 308 CCD children admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 were selected as the CCD group. At the same time, 300 healthy control subjects were enrolled in this study. Retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on the relevant data of the two groups. 【Results】 1) There were no significant risk factors in 22 of the 308 cases (7.1%), and 286 cases (92.9%) had one or more risk factors, accounting for a total of 1026 cases, of which 429 (41.8%); 344 cases (33.5%) of anomalous factors during delivery; 253 cases (24.7%) of anomalous factors during postpartum neonatal period, with an average of 3.3 risk factors per case; 2) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Children with three or more risk factors were significantly different ); 3) Logistic regression analysis found that cesarean section, pathological jaundice, multiple abortion, early pregnancy cold, premature birth, diabetes, late fever, asphyxia / hypoxia, threatened abortion, purulent meningitis, Related to the occurrence of. 【Conclusion】 A variety of risk factors can lead to the occurrence of CCD, and prenatal factors account for the main factors. Promptly do a good job during pregnancy care, correctly handle the abnormal situation during childbirth, and actively treat high-risk newborns, can effectively reduce the incidence of CCD.
