日本通产省产业结构审议会日前发表报告书,要求日本进一步放宽限制并进行经济制度改革,争取在到本世纪末的五年期间实现年均约为3.1％的实际国内生产总值增长率。 这份题为《走向21世纪的日本经济结构改革的路线》的报告书说,日本经济正处于低迷徘徊状态之中,而造成如此严重状态的主要原因是日本经济的结构问题。因此,报告书强调,为了重建日本经济,在到2000年为止的五年期间必须认真进行经济结构改革。
Japan’s MITI’s Industrial Structure Council recently issued a report demanding further easing and economic reform in Japan in order to achieve the real GDP growth rate of about 3.1% a year on average over the five-year period to the end of this century. The report entitled “Towards the Reform of Japan’s Economic Structure in the 21st Century” states that Japan’s economy is in a downturn. The main reason for such a grave situation is the structural problem of Japan’s economy. Therefore, the report emphasizes that in order to rebuild Japan’s economy, the economic restructuring must be carried out earnestly during the five years up to 2000.
