三苯氧胺(TMX)是抗雌激素制剂,常用于乳腺癌的辅助治疗,其对子宫内膜既有雌激素样作用,又有抗雌激素样作用。回顾性分析700例TMX治疗后子宫内膜的组织学变化。 患者服TMX 20mg/d,持续时间为1～16年不等。134例的子宫切片来源于全子宫切除标本,每例至少切片5张,另566例患者组织切片标本为子宫内膜诊刮。如果为子宫内膜息肉,则全部标本均做病检。子宫内膜组织学变化分为
Tamoxifen (TMX) is an anti-estrogen preparation commonly used as an adjuvant therapy for breast cancer. It has both estrogen-like and anti-estrogen-like effects on the endometrium. Retrospectively analyzed the histological changes of the endometrium after 700 TMX treatment. The patient took TMX 20mg/d for a duration ranging from 1 to 16 years. 134 cases of uterine biopsy specimens from the total hysterectomy specimens, each case at least 5 slices, and the other 566 patients with tissue specimens for endometrial curettage.
