本文针对传统真空浇注成型机制作光弹性模型时存在一次成功率低,模型内部存在较大初应力,影响光弹性试验精度等问题,提出并研制了一种新型航空发动机真空浇注成型机。与传统设备比较,新设备有以下特征:(1)可编程控制器内置了两种不同的工艺并可根据应用条件的改变对工艺的参数进行调整与优化;(2)安装了温控系统和杂质过滤装置;(3)增设了环保装置和防护系统。实践表明:新研制的真空浇注成型机浇注模型毛坯一次成功率100%,内部初应力条纹级数不大于0.1级/mm;直接浇注的模型与原型尺寸误差不大于2%。新研制的真空浇注成型机不仅适用于新型航空发动机复杂构件的光弹性模型制作,还可为其它行业的光弹性试验提供高精度模型。
In this paper, a new type of vacuum injection molding machine for aero-engine is proposed and developed based on the problems of low success rate, large initial stress in the model and the influence of photoelasticity test. Compared with the traditional equipment, the new equipment has the following features: (1) The PLC has two different built-in technologies and can adjust and optimize the process parameters according to the change of the application conditions. (2) The temperature control system and Impurities filtering device; (3) additional environmental protection devices and protection systems. Practice shows that: the newly developed vacuum casting machine casting model blank success rate of 100%, the initial stress fringe series is not more than 0.1 / mm; direct casting model and prototype size error of not more than 2%. The newly developed vacuum casting machine is not only suitable for photoelastic modeling of complex components of new aeroengines, but also provides high-precision models for photoelastic testing in other industries.
