本文考虑透射法测量中窗片间的多重反射及入射光束收敛角度的影响,通过透射法测量窗片-液体-窗片三层结构的总透射比,并结合K-K关系式建立了液态碳氢燃料的热辐射特性光谱参数测量反演方法。采用该方法,对蒸馏水的热辐射光谱特性参数进行测量反演,通过与蒸馏水的公开数据对比,验证了该方法可靠性与准确性。在此基础上,对某国产柴油300~400 K温度范围内近红外波段的热辐射特性参数进行了测量及反演计算,获得了不同温度下近红外波段的光谱吸收指数及折射率。测量反演结果显示,在测量光谱区间该柴油折射率随温度变化不明显,但吸收指数随温度升高而减小且变化剧烈,不同温度下的吸收指数相对变化率可达20%。
In this paper, we consider the influence of the multiple reflection between windows and the convergence angle of the incident beam measured by the transmission method. The total transmittance of the three-layer window-liquid-window structure is measured by transmission method, and the liquid hydrocarbon fuel Inversion method of spectral parameter measurement of thermal radiation characteristics. Using this method, the thermal radiation spectral characteristics of distilled water were measured and compared. The reliability and accuracy of this method were verified by comparison with the published data of distilled water. On this basis, the thermal radiation characteristics of a domestic diesel in the temperature range of 300-400 K were measured and inversely calculated, and the spectral absorption index and refractive index of the near infrared band at different temperatures were obtained. The measured inversion shows that the refractive index of diesel does not change with the temperature during the measurement of the spectrum, but the absorption index decreases and changes drastically with increasing temperature. The relative change rate of absorption index under different temperatures can reach 20%.
