引言用于光学显示、电视显示及各种形式的数据记录的激光扫描系统,从60年代末期就已经在一些实验室进行研制了。利用声光调制和激光源偏转的系统已被装到电视显示系统中。激光扫描系统其他新的例子是产生照像掩模的高精度系统和计算机输出微型胶卷的数据记录系统。转镜系统通常对面与面倾角误差要求很严的公差。已经发明了利用电-光模拟偏转的倾角校正方法,也提到了声光方法。在生产基础方面,这两种方法都是难于实现的,并且,为了放松转镜面与面斜角的公差,它们的校正能力是太小了。本文讲述用于数字式非击打印刷机的激光扫描系统,包括放松转镜倾角公差的新方法。
Introduction Laser scanning systems for optical display, television display and various forms of data recording have been developed in some laboratories since the late 1960s. Systems that utilize acousto-optic modulation and laser source deflection have been incorporated into television display systems. Other new examples of laser scanning systems are high-precision systems for producing photographic masks and computer-based data recording systems for microfilm output. Rotary mirror system usually opposite and surface tilt error requires very strict tolerances. The tilt correction method using electro-optic analog deflection has been invented, and the acousto-optic method has also been mentioned. Both of these methods are difficult to achieve on a production basis, and their ability to correct them is too small in order to relax the tolerance of the mirror and bevel angles. This article describes a laser scanning system for digital non-impact printing presses, including a new method to relax the tilt angle of the mirror.
