“陆代表为打通塔山东路,不知跑了多少脚头!”看到盼望已久的断头路畅通无阻,象山县丹东街道选民由衷地感谢县人大代表陆福根。塔山东路西起象山县城东谷路,东接靖南路,是丹东街道梅溪片居民通往主城区的重要通道。2007年1月,象山县十六届人大一次会议即将举行,陆福根、蒋福定等代表在开展会前视察时,听到了村民盼望打通塔山东路的心声。
