以61个研发团队为调研对象,探究团队领导的社会网络连带、团队知识共享与团队创造力各变量之间的内在作用关系。研究结果表明:团队领导的内部社会网络连带和外部社会网络连带对新颖性和实用性均产生正向影响;团队知识共享在团队领导的内部社会网络连带与新颖性和实用性关系间起到完全中介作用;团队领导的外部社会网络连带在团队领导的内部社会网络连带与新颖性和实用性关系间起到调节作用。
With 61 research and development teams as the research object, this paper explores the inherent roles of team-led social network linkage, team knowledge sharing and team creativity variables. The results show that the internal leadership of the social network and the external social network together have a positive effect on the novelty and practicability. The team knowledge sharing plays a complete role in the relationship between the team-led internal social network and the novelty and practicality Intermediary roles; team-led external social networks play a regulatory role both in the team-led internal social networking and in novel and practical relationships.
