随着我国高职院校的扩招,尤其是单招学生的增加,生源层面增多,学生素质参差不齐,学困生数量呈上升趋势,不仅影响了自身发展,也影响了高职院校的教育教学质量。对学困生产生的原因分析以及教育转化是高职院校学生工作一直高度重视和研究的课题,高职院校学困生的教育转化,对提高大学生整体素质具有重要意义。
