教育部决定从今年九月一日起在全国正式执行《中学生守则》和《小学生守则》,并向各省、市、自治区教育厅(局)发出通知。通知说,一九七九年八月,教育部颁发了《中学生守则》和《小学生守则》的试行草案。两年来,各地教育部门和中、小学广大师生认真贯彻这两个守则,对于加强学校思想政治教育,抵制资产阶级思想侵蚀,培养学生良好的道德风尚和文明行为,起了积极作用,收到了很好效果。试行情况表明,这两个守则基本上符合我国中、小学生的实际,有利于全面贯彻党
