本文对肺心病急性发作期与缓解期的患者进行了血浆皮质醇含量的动态测定,同时对部分缓解期病人同步检测了24小时尿17羟、17酮的排出量。结果表明血浆皮质醇的含量显著高于正常人,而尿17羟、17酮的排出量又明显低于正常人。提示肺心病肾上腺皮质功能没有明显降低,其原因尚不太清楚。
In this paper, the acute phase of pulmonary heart disease and remission in patients with plasma cortisol content of the dynamic determination of the same time, part of the remission of patients simultaneously detected 24 hours urinary 17 hydroxy, 17 ketone discharge. The results showed that plasma cortisol levels were significantly higher than normal, and urinary 17 hydroxyl, 17 ketone emissions were significantly lower than normal. Prompt pulmonary heart disease adrenal function was not significantly reduced, the reason is not yet clear.
