本文提出了从事海外运营的企业中存在的三种并行制度逻辑——国家逻辑、企业逻辑和社区逻辑,并以此为理论视角,以天津聚龙公司在印尼的海外运营实践为案例,分析了企业社会责任对海外运营的影响,得出如下结论:从事海外运营的企业遭遇多重制度逻辑时,可以通过恰当地履行企业社会责任,获得各个逻辑下的合法性,将多重并行的制度逻辑有机统一起来,促进海外运营的顺利开展;在聚龙的海外运营实践中,企业社会责任行动包括带动当地社区共同发展、兴建基础设施、培养本地化人才、为母国搭建海外运营平台,这些行动使聚龙在海外运营中满足了国家、市场与社会需求,获得了更为广泛的合法性,有助于推动企业海外运营的顺利实施。
This paper presents three kinds of parallel system logic in the enterprises engaged in overseas operation - state logic, business logic and community logic. Taking this as a theoretical perspective and the overseas operation practice of Julong Company in Indonesia as an example, this paper analyzes The impact of corporate social responsibility on overseas operations leads to the following conclusion: When enterprises engaged in overseas operations encounter multiple institutional logic, they can obtain the legitimacy under various logics by properly fulfilling corporate social responsibility and organically aligning the multiple and parallel institutional logic In the practice of Julong overseas operations, corporate social responsibility initiatives include driving local communities to develop together, building infrastructures, cultivating local talents and building overseas operation platforms for their home countries. These actions make Julong In overseas operations to meet the national, market and social needs, access to a wider range of legitimacy, help to promote the smooth implementation of overseas operations.
