建筑企业在国民经济的发展中起到了重要的作用,是促进我国经济的发展的重要力量,如今市场竞争日益的严峻,企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。所以,建筑施工企业要想在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,就应该强化人力资源的管理,在新的历史时期,企业在进行人力资源管理中还是具有一定的局限性的,企业应该针对自身发展的情况,制定合理的人力资源管理方案。本文通过分析建筑施工企业人力资源管理的现状,从而提出有效的措施促进人力资源的管理。
