作者报告一例罕见的肿瘤性血管内皮细胞增生症,其病理改变是在全身多数器官的微小血管内充满肿瘤细胞,瘤细胞大小不等,圆形或多边形,胞浆少、核大,染色质粗,核仁可见。由于瘤细胞阻塞血管腔,或继发血栓形成,致局部组织缺血坏死,而出现相应的临床症状,其主要为中枢神经系统的症状。作者并对该病的组织发生及鉴别诊断作了简要讨论。
The authors report a rare case of neoplastic endothelium hyperplasia whose pathological changes are characterized by the presence of tumor cells in the tiny blood vessels of most organs of the whole body. The size of the tumor cells varies from round or polygonal with few cytoplasm, large nucleus and thick chromatin , Visible nucleoli. Due to tumor cells blocking the lumen, or secondary thrombosis, local tissue necrosis caused by the emergence of the corresponding clinical symptoms, which are mainly central nervous system symptoms. The author also made a brief discussion on the occurrence and differential diagnosis of the disease.
