兰政办发[2013]159号2013年6月10日各县、区人民政府,市政府有关部门,各有关单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:为全面落实省政府省长刘伟平来我市调研防汛工作有关指示精神和市委常委会、市政府常务会关于防汛工作的有关要求,狠抓各项措施和责任的落实,进一步加强当前全市防汛减灾工作。现将有关事宜紧急通知如下:
