用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析等手段,分析加氢高压换热器Ω环开裂原因。结果表明,Ω环的开裂属于H_2S应力腐蚀开裂,高的工作应力和壳程少量硫化氢的存在共同促使其开裂。
The causes of cracking of omega ring of HPR heat exchanger were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the cracking of Ω ring belongs to H_2S stress corrosion cracking, and the high working stress and the presence of a small amount of hydrogen sulfide in the shell side jointly promote cracking.
