本文阐述了潜艇环肋圆柱壳稳定性研究必须联系耐压船体结构的实际，强调了工程技术理论研究所得结论的物理意义不可忽视，指出稳定性方程PE（m，n）极小值不是总体失稳临界压力，而是肋间壳板轴对称失稳临界压力，还研究了肋间壳板发生轴对称失稳的条件。最后阐述文献[4]提出的潜艇结构强度方面几个基本概念性问题。
In this paper, the research on the stability of the submarine toroidal cylindrical shell must be connected with the actual structure of the pressure hull. It is emphasized that the physical meaning of the conclusions of the engineering theory can not be ignored. It is pointed out that the minimum value of the stability equation PE (m, n) is not the total loss Steady critical pressure, but rather the critical pressure of the symmetrical instability of the intercostal shell axis, and also studied the condition of axial symmetrical instability of the intercostal shell.
