中国改革面临的基本问题是政府和市场的关系问题。说到目前政府对市场的干预,特别是对微观经济的干预,我认为核心就是一条:加速市场化的进程。
The basic problem facing China’s reform is the relationship between the government and the market. Speaking of the current government intervention in the market, especially the micro-economic intervention, I think the core is one: to speed up the process of marketization.
