一、前言烧结点火在烧结生产过程中是一个十分重要的工序。在正常生产过程中,表层烧结矿的强度是影响烧结矿产量和质量的因素之一,而表层烧结矿的强度取决于高温保持时间、冷却速度、点火温度等,即形成液相的数量、矿物组成、结晶发育程度,正硅酸盐的相变和热应力的大小。因此,选择适宜的点火时间、热工制度和均匀点火等对提高表层烧结矿强度,从而达到降低返矿量、固体燃料的消耗量是行之有效的措施之一。国外许多大型烧结机都采取加长点火器、延长点火时间、增设保温区、利用冷却机排出的热风等措施来提高烧结矿质量和产量,降低燃耗,均收到了明显的效果。
