中职教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,担负着培养专业技术人才的重任。中职学校的班主任班级管理直接关系到学生的前途与命运,同时也影响着学校教学质量的提高。围绕中职学校学生的普遍情况,对班级管理进行研究、探索和创新,对于提升班主任的班级管理水平,推动中职教育改革和发展具有重要意义。
Secondary vocational education is an important part of our education system and shoulders the heavy responsibility of training professional and technical personnel. The class teacher in secondary vocational school is directly related to the future and fate of students, and also affects the improvement of school teaching quality. Focusing on the prevalence of students in secondary vocational schools, the study, exploration and innovation of class management are of great significance to improving the class manager’s class management level and promoting the reform and development of secondary vocational education.
