三年一次的全国文教行政财务工作会议于1994年8月21日至25日在新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市召开。参加会议的有各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市财政厅(局)文教行政财务处长及部分省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市财政厅局长和国务院机关事务管理局财务司的负责同志。财政部副部长刘积斌同志出席了会议并做了重要讲话。
The triennial meeting of the finance and education administration for culture, education and administration took place in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from August 21 to August 25, 1994. Attending the meeting were chiefs of culture, education, administration and finance of the departments of finance (offices) in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning, as well as responsible directors of the finance departments of some provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the plan, and the finance department of the authority affairs office of the State Council. Vice Minister Liu Jibin attended the meeting and made an important speech.
