由中国计划学会,国家计委经济研究所和青岛市计委联合举办的计划经济和市场调节相结合专题研讨会,于1990年6月19日至22日在青岛市举行。出席研讨会的有国务院各有关部委、部分省市计委和计划学会、一些企业集团和企业的同志,以及有关方面的专家学者共50余人。现将会议讨论的主要内容综述如下: 与会同志认为,我国对计划与市场关系的认识经历了三个阶段,改革前认为两者是对立的,互相排斥的,重点强调了计划的作用;十年改革中虽然提出了两者结合问题,但重点强调了市场作用,削弱了计划的作用;近一两年来的讨论深入了,从两者的对立统一来认识它们之间的关系,我们这次会议正是在这基础上进行较为深入具体的探讨。
The symposium on the combination of planned economy and market regulation jointly organized by the China Planning Institute, the State Economic Planning Commission under the State Planning Commission and the Planning Commission of Qingdao City was held in Qingdao City from June 19 to June 22, 1990.
