本文对树木插条生根的形态特征和解剖特性进行了研究。提出了划分插条生根类型的标准,并对44科91属143种树木插条生根进行了分类。通过对白榆、刺槐、毛白杨、I—69/55杨、银杏、木槿等树种插条生根解剖特性的研究,认为愈伤根是从幼嫩愈伤组织中分化发育形成的,愈伤根的发育过程是:愈伤组织→根原基发端细胞→根原基发端→根原基→愈伤根。愈伤组织与生根有直接关系。
In this paper, the morphological and anatomical characteristics of rooting of tree cuttings were studied. The criteria for dividing the rooting types of cuttings were proposed, and the rooting of 143 kinds of tree cuttings belonging to 91 families of 44 families was classified. The root anatomy of cuttings of Ulmus pumila, Robinia pseudoacacia, Populus tomentosa, I-69/55 poplar, Ginkgo biloba, Hibiscus syriacus and so on was studied. It is believed that the callus root is differentiated and developed from young callus, Developmental process is: Callus → root primordial origin cell → root primordia → root primordium → callus root. There is a direct relationship between callus and rooting.
