高校教工党支部处于教学、科研的第一线,是联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是团结教职工的核心,是完成各项工作的重要保证。目前,高校教工党支部建设中还存在支部设置不合理、组织生活质量不高、党建研究指导不够、组织发展滞后等问题,需从科学设置支部、创新组织活动内容、健全制度、加强自身建设、建立激励机制等方面着手解决,以不断提高教工党支部的凝聚力和战斗力。
