应用CPM/PERT网络技术进行项目计划管理中的一个重要工作是编制网络图。人工编制网络图费时、费力又易出错。为了提高编制网络图的效率,笔者对编制目前工程界常用的双代号网络图的计算机算法进行了研究,提出了用“生枝删节法”编制双代号网络图的思想,并用FORTRAN77语言编制了通用程序。在水利电力部成都勘测设计院的配合下,该程序已用于二滩水电站施工工期论证和导流工程施工进度计划网络图的编制及优化工作,取得了令人满意的成果。
An important job in project planning management using CPM / PERT network technology is the preparation of network diagrams. Manually preparing network diagrams is time consuming, laborious and error prone. In order to improve the efficiency of compiling network diagram, the author has studied the compilation of the computer algorithms commonly used in the current generation of dual-code network diagram, put forward the idea of “double-code network diagram” and “FORTRAN77” . With the cooperation of Chengdu Survey and Design Institute of Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, this program has been used in the construction and optimization of construction schedule of Ertan Hydropower Station and construction of diversion project, and achieved satisfactory results.
