目前我国每年新训大量的汽车驾驶员,其中近半数刚毕业的新驾驶员不能单独驾车,而且造成的交通事故占有相当的比重。导致新训驾驶员技术水平低下,一次成才率低的原因是多方面的,其中汽车教练员的素质不高是一个关键因素。俗话说“名师出高徒”,只有高素质的老师才能培养出高素质的学生。要想改变目前这种低层次、低效益的培训现状,在选用汽车教练员时应坚持“三高”。 At present, a large number of motor drivers are newly recruited each year in our country, of which nearly half of the newly-graduated new drivers can not drive alone and the traffic accidents account for a considerable proportion.
