Cholera is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by Vibrio cholerae O1 serogroups and O139 serotypes. The disease is acute and spread rapidly with a wide spread and can cause a pandemic. It is one of the Class A infectious diseases stipulated in Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases [1]. According to Luzhou City, the data show that our hospital diagnosis and treatment of this case of O13 9 cholera is the first case since the liberation of Luzhou City, from a clinical point of view
