2016年3月30日,天津股权交易所第108届企业挂牌仪式在天津市隆重举行,桂林袭汇文化旅游投资股份有限公司在天交所成功挂牌(股权名称:袭汇文化,股权代码:245023),正式登陆国内资本市场。袭汇文化成立于2012年,该公司主要经营旅游产业项目、市政建设项目的投资,并集博物馆、会展中心、五星级酒店、文化一条街、古玩城、艺术演艺中心、艺术拍卖中心、商住及休闲娱乐等为一体,是一家综合型特色旅游服务企业。
