国际汉语教学的有效程度取决于教师的施教能力。教学互动过程的实际要求,课堂上汉语习得的跨文化实质,都要求海外汉语教师具备一种带根本性的施教能力。此类施教能力具备这样两大特征:跨文化语言教学能力,对教学互动过程的支配能力。遗憾的是,一些政策性举措却成了教师施教能力培养和发展的消极因素。本文旨在讨论国际汉语教师的基本施教能力及其与海外汉语课堂教学实际之间的关系,简要地分析一下美国教育部门中某些规章政策对汉语教师专业能力发展所造成的局限,并提出改善建议。
The effectiveness of international Chinese teaching depends on the teaching ability of teachers. The actual requirements of the interactive teaching process and the cross-cultural essence of Chinese acquisition in the classroom require overseas Chinese teachers to have a basic teaching ability. Such teaching ability has such two characteristics: intercultural language teaching ability, the ability to control the interactive process of teaching. Regrettably, some policy initiatives have become a negative factor in the cultivation and development of teachers’ teaching abilities. The purpose of this article is to discuss the relationship between the teaching ability of Chinese as a foreign language teacher and the actual teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. This article briefly analyzes the limitation caused by some regulations and policies in the education sector in the development of Chinese teachers’ professional competence. Recommendations for improvement.
