本文从理论和实践两方面对铁路运价改革的问题进行了探讨。从宏观角度分析了铁路运价的地位和作用,对运价改革面临的问题和预期的目标进行了阐述,并对运价改革提出了一些具体建议。
This article discusses the issue of railway tariff reform both theoretically and practically. Analyzed the position and function of railway freight rate from a macroscopic perspective, elaborated the problems and expected targets of the freight tariff reform, and put forward some concrete suggestions on freight rate reform.
