用差热分析法(DTA)研究微量元素C,B,Al,Zr对一种Co基高温合金初熔温度的影响,表明微量元素的加入,对熔化温度无明显影响,但导致合金初熔温度明显降低,B的影响最为显著,C次之,Al,Zr略有影响.并且,用金相探针法研究不同温度下合金的微观组织,发现合金从枝晶间开始熔化,随温度提高,熔化区域向枝晶于扩展,电子探针研究表明微量元素在枝晶间高度富集,用图像分析法定量研究合金的熔化体积百分数随温度的变化规律,确定合金的初熔温度.DTA和金相探针法的测定结果十分吻合.
The effects of trace elements C, B, Al and Zr on the incipient melting temperature of a Co-base superalloy were investigated by DTA.
