电磁流量计是基于法拉第电磁感应定律开发的一种导电液体流量测量仪表。它具有无转动部件和阻流部件的测量结构 ,不受流体密度、粘度、压力、温度和流体电导率变化的影响等优点。合理地选择测量管内衬里材料和测量电极的材质 ,可以适应酸、碱、聚合物、高温热水、污水、水源取水和商品水的计量。引入现代微型计算机技术 ,采用非线性修正 ,大大地提高了仪表的准确度。量程比为 1∶10时 ,计量准确度可优于± 0 5 %。在油田生产和民用生活中具有广阔的应用前景。
Electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction developed a conductive liquid flow measuring instruments. It has the measurement of non-rotating parts and flow resistance components, regardless of fluid density, viscosity, pressure, temperature and fluid conductivity changes and so on. Reasonable choice of measuring tube lining material and measuring electrode material, can be adapted to acids, alkalis, polymers, hot water, sewage, water intake and water metering. The introduction of modern microcomputer technology, the use of non-linear correction, greatly improving the accuracy of the instrument. Measuring range ratio of 1:10, the measurement accuracy can be better than ± 0 5%. In oilfield production and civilian life has broad application prospects.
