研究稻种资源,发掘耐冷材料,是耐冷育种工作的物质基础和首要环节。我们在考察各地品种耐冷性的基础上,于1976—1978年对云南和四川高寒山区的部分地方品种进行了耐冷性鉴定。现将1978年鉴定结果简报于后。供试品种52个。其中云南品种37个,四川品种9个,其他来源3个。对照种早粳科情3号,中粳沙州东方红,晚粳农虎6号。鉴定采用自然冷温定花观察法。为使花期遇上冷温并在同期比较,于4月29日、6月30日和7月14日分三期播种,均在播后1月单株移栽。在自然冷温来临期间,每日于盛花时刻选盛开稻穗,剪除未开和往日已开颖花,只留张开颖花,挂牌。各品种每日剪修2丛,次日带泥移至设有尼龙网保护的田内
Studying the resources of rice seeds and discovering the cold-tolerant materials are the material basis and primary links of cold-tolerant breeding. Based on the investigation of the cold tolerance of all varieties, we identified the cold tolerance of some landraces in Yunnan and Sichuan alpine areas from 1976 to 1978.
