我国独立院校的法学教育模式通过不断的摸索已经建立,但是不能适应依法治国背景下社会对法律职业人才的新需求。本文通过法律职业人才培养目标、法律专业课程设置、法律职业人才教学方法、法学教师自身法律职业实践素养和教学实践五个方面的阐述,以期对我国独立学院法学教育中法律职业人才模式提出对策。
The legal education model of independent colleges in our country has been established through continuous exploration, but it can not meet the new social needs of legal professionals in the context of governing the country according to law. This essay elaborates five aspects: the goal of training law professionals, the setting of legal courses, the teaching methods of legal professionals, the legal literacy practice of law teachers and the practice of teaching practice, in order to put forward some countermeasures to the legal professionals in legal education of independent colleges in our country.
