西南地区会计管理第三次协作会议,于1989年8月31日至9月5日在云南省昆明市召开。云南、贵州、四川和应邀的上海、安徽、重庆、成都等省市的会计事务管理部门以及《财务与会计》、《财会通讯》编辑部的代表出席了会议。云南省财政厅副厅长王永滇同志到会讲了话。与会代表以十三届四中全会精神作指导,对以下问题进行了交流和讨论。一、会计工作达标升级西南各省会计工作达标升级活动在通过试点取得经验的基础上,已经有计划,有步骤地全面展开。达标升级的面均达到60%以上。在开展这一活动的过程中,各地都有一些好的作法和经验。云南省在通过深入调查研究的基础上,根据财政部的要求结合实
The third meeting of accounting management in southwest China was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province from August 31 to September 5, 1989.
