为了提高全区乡镇卫生院院长的管理水平,适应卫生改革的需要,宜春行署卫生局从5月16日起分四批对全区182名乡镇卫生院院长进行经营管理能力培训,每期7天。培训内容主要为管理学基础、院科两级核算指标的制定、考核与奖惩、质量管理、分配制度改革与浮动工资管理办法、医疗市场与乡镇卫生院经营管理策略、领导方法及领导艺术、村卫生组织管理等。为了提高学习效果,采取理论和研讨相结合的方式,聘请四位经营管理好的卫生院院长到学习班进行现身说教,传授经营管理之道,以增强学员的学习兴趣。
