黑龙江省农业科学院佳木斯分院1994年引进美国矮秆大豆品种资源20余份,鉴定筛选出优异矮资源3份(hobbit、sprite87和elf),直接或间接配制杂交组合369个,育成大豆新品种(系)7个,其中高油品种(系)6个(合丰42、合丰52、合丰57、合农60、合农64和合交08-1800),油分含量变化幅度为21.90%~23.57%;矮秆、半矮秆类型品种2个(合农60和合丰42);早熟1个、中早熟品种1个及中熟品种(系)5个。育成品种在主要农艺性状、产量、品质、抗病性及适应性等重要性状上有较大改进与创新,达到了预期的育种目标,结果表明美国矮秆资源(hobbit、sprite87和elf)是品种改良的优良种质,可在今后杂交育种上广泛应用。
