在医学飞跃发展的今天,中职护理专业得到了社会各界人士的认可。护理教学作为中职护理专业的一个核心的组成部分,期护理教学因而显得极为重要。根据中职学生好动爱玩的性格特点,在进行学习护理的过程当中,一定会带着饱满的热情积极的参与。但是在现实的中职护理教学中,学生在课堂学习护理的表现却是不尽人意,课堂表现积极性不高。随着当今临床医学护理的快速发展,对中职学生提出了更高的护理能力要求,中职学生在面临就业找工作的过程中,要求他们一定要具备非常专业、且较强的护理实践能力。那么,到底是什么因素使得中职学生在护理课堂学习中出现消极参与的表现呢?带着这个问题,本文进行了如下分析,同时也提出了几点解决的对策。仅供参考。
Today in the rapid development of medicine, secondary vocational nursing profession has been recognized by people from all walks of life. Nursing teaching as a core part of secondary nursing profession, period nursing teaching therefore appears to be extremely important. According to the secondary school students’ active and playful personality traits, they will certainly participate actively in the process of study and nursing with full enthusiasm. However, in the reality of secondary vocational nursing teaching, students’ performance in classroom nursing is unsatisfactory and classroom performance is not highly motivated. With the rapid development of clinical nursing nowadays, higher nursing ability requirements are put forward for secondary vocational students. Secondary vocational students are required to have a very professional and strong nursing practice ability . So, in the end is what makes the secondary vocational students in nursing classrooms appear to participate in the performance of negative? With this question, the paper conducted the following analysis, but also put forward some solutions. for reference only.
