金针菇全封密式封口是利用金针菇菌丝生长阶段对氧气要求不多的特性,菌袋在接菌后,袋口完全扎紧的封口法。此法不仅简化操作,提高工效,降低成本,减少感染,成品率在95％以上,在我市已全面推广。做法如下:栽培袋选用17×33厘米高压聚丙烯薄膜袋或16×33厘米的低压聚乙烯薄膜袋。
