治理黄河是一个复杂问题。要解决这个问题,需要群策群力,共谋对策。最近,我们先后发表了一部份同志对治黄问题的意见,今后还将陆绩发表这方面的文章,希望大家共同讨论,以便找出一条符合客观规律的治黄道路来。为了使这个讨论开展得更好,有助于治黄问题的深入研究,我们希望撰稿时,一篇文章最好抓住一个方面或一个重要问题来写,使文章有重点,有论据,有观点,有分析,切忌相互重复或空泛议论。
The Yellow River is a complex issue. To solve this problem, we need to work together to seek solutions.
