B在固体材料中应用广泛,因此研究B的物理化学性质及其在固态材料中的物理分布图象是至关重要的。本文介绍用CAB(丁醋酸纤维)做探测器的SSNTD(固体核径迹探测器)方法探索分析B分布的研究工作。用CAB作探测器,用25MnTiBRE,GH128,60Si_2Mn三种合金(含B1ppm~10ppm)作为待测样品,经实验研究得到如下经验与方法,并拟合了经验公式。本工作中采用的具体方法为径迹显微照相法。
B is widely used in solid materials, it is crucial to study the physicochemical properties of B and its physical distribution in solid materials. This article describes the use of CAB (butyl acetate fiber) detector SSNTD (solid nuclear track detector) method to explore the analysis of B distribution. Using CAB as detector, three kinds of alloys (containing B1MnTiBRE, GH128 and 60Si_2Mn) (containing B1ppm ~ 10ppm) were selected as samples to be tested, the following experiences and methods were obtained through experiments and the empirical formula was fitted. The specific method used in this work is track microscopy.
