The scenario originally conceived by the Shanghai Stock Exchange - the traders wearing gray vestments - are busy offering quotes, matching and closing deals, so noisy and lively scenes are clearly still just ideas. Although investors complained about paying 200,000 seats here but did not make any business, but the Shanghai Stock Exchange last year reported a turnover of 4 billion yuan business performance. Recently, the first property exchange in China, which operates in the form of a joint stock limited company, has become a hot topic for investors in Shenzhen entrepreneurs. One of the reasons for the news focus is that the Shanghai Stock Exchange has been formally approved the stock registration custody business of unlisted share-holding companies hosted on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The other is that the Shanghai Stock Exchange proposed that Shenzhen’s technology property transactions must be “traded on” motion.
