对６０例浅表性膀胱癌患者术后长疗程应用丝裂霉素Ｃ膀胱内灌注预防复发的效果作了观察，随访１４—３８个月，复发率１８．３３％，具有副作用少，无骨髓抑制作用，能有效降低浅表性膀胱癌术后复发率。
