目前,院内感染已引起医学界领导及基层人员的极大关注。本钢的院内感染发生率为8.84％,估算仅院内感染每年就耗资300万元。为此,我们在控制院内感染的监控与管理方面,进行了一些探索.1.建立控制医院感染管理机构建立上通下达的管理体系,是搞好控制院内感染的组织保证.根据卫生部建立健全医院感染管理组织的暂行办法,结合本钢的实际情况,卫生处所属各院先后建立控制医院感染管理委员会。在院长领导下,全面负责医院感染的管理工作。统筹计划,对防止院内感染工作开展监督检查,协调指导。办公室设在各院预防科,负责业务指导,专(兼)职感染管理医师和护士负责具体工作及有关规章制度的贯彻执行。

The office is located in the Prevention Division of each hospital and is in charge of business guidance. Specialized (part-time) infection management physicians and nurses are responsible for the implementation of specific work and related rules and regulations.
