来源于EMS处理籼型恢复系缙恢10号的穗颈节间极度缩短突变体其他节间与恢复系缙恢10号无显著变化,表现为全包穗,对GA3不敏感,暂命名为sui(t).遗传分析表明变异性状受一对隐性核基因控制.以中花11/sui(t)的F2隐性单株为定位群体,将sui(t)基因定位在第1染色体SSR标记RM5336,RM3425向短臂末端一侧,进一步合成SSR,Indel等标记,最终将sui(t)基因定位在RM3148和C1In002(swu)之间,遗传距离分别为0.8cM和1.4cM,物理距离为382kb,为下一步基因克隆和功能研究奠定了基础.
