近年来,随着信息技术的迅猛发展,各种知识管理系统不断涌现,为显性知识的有效管理做出了突出贡献,而高校隐性知识管理系统的搭建还往往停留在理论层面。本文以知识转化模式为切入点,通过中国人民大学博士生学科专业主文献管理系统的建设实践对高校隐性知识管理的方法进行了探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, various knowledge management systems are emerging constantly, making outstanding contributions to the effective management of explicit knowledge. However, the establishment of tacit knowledge management systems in colleges and universities often stays at the theoretical level. This article takes the mode of knowledge transformation as the starting point, and explores the methods of tacit knowledge management in colleges and universities through the construction and practice of doctoral dissertation professional master document management system in Renmin University of China.
