目的:利用响应面分析法优化银叶树果壳中黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素和响应面分析法对乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间和超声温度进行考察。结果:优选出最佳超声提取工艺为:乙醇浓度61.2%,液料比74.9∶1(m L∶g),超声时间34.0 min,超声温度49.7℃,理论银叶树果壳黄酮的得率为11.89%,在最佳工艺条件下进行验证试验,实际测得黄酮得率为11.83%,与理论值仅相差为0.06%。结论:该优化方法合理可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from the shell of Silver Leaf Tree by response surface methodology. Methods: The yield of flavonoids was used as an index to investigate the ethanol concentration, liquid to solid ratio, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature by single factor and response surface analysis. Results: The optimal ultrasonic extraction process was as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 61.2%, the ratio of liquid to material was 74.9:1 (m L: g), the ultrasonic time was 34.0 min and the ultrasonic temperature was 49.7 ℃. , Under the best process conditions to verify the test, the actual measured flavonoid yield of 11.83%, with the theoretical value of only 0.06% difference. Conclusion: This optimization method is reasonable and feasible.
