实施西部大开发战略,是党中央面向新世纪作出的重大决策。如何发展西部特色经济,则是实施西部大开发战略面临的重大课题。笔者这里仅以东西方文明的互补互融性作为切入点,来探讨构建西部特色经济的问题。
The implementation of the strategy of developing the western region is a major policy decision taken by the party Central Committee in the new century. How to develop the economy with features in the western part of our country is a major issue facing the implementation of the strategy of developing the west. Here, the author only takes the complementarity and integration of eastern and western civilizations as a starting point to discuss the issue of building a characteristic economy in the west.
