本文介绍了一种基于视觉的NC膜划线宽度在线检测的方法。在生物检测试纸的生产过程中,划膜仪对检测线T和质控线C的划线宽度、均匀度决定了其包被的抗原或抗体的数量。所以要严格控制线宽并保证划线的精度以实现定量检测,提高检测灵敏度;还要实现在线检测,否则待C/T线上包被的溶液干透就无法再进行处理。由此,本文设计了一种基于线阵电荷耦合元件(线阵CCD)的在线检测系统,检测精度高,操作方便,可实现划线宽度的实时、在线检测。
This paper presents a visual inspection method based on visual NC scribing line width. In the bio-test strip production process, the scribing line width and uniformity of the test line T and the control line C determine the number of antigens or antibodies coated. Therefore, we must strictly control the line width and ensure the accuracy of scribing in order to achieve quantitative detection and improve detection sensitivity; but also to achieve online testing, or to be C / T line coated solution can not be processed again. Therefore, this paper designs an on-line inspection system based on CCD (Linear Array Charge Coupled Device) with high detection accuracy and easy operation, and realizes on-line inspection of scribing width.
