应用计算机图象分析系统回顾性研究了IgA肾病患者肾小球内纤维蛋白相关抗原(FRA)沉积与临床和病理的关系。IgA肾病患者肾小球内FRA沉积的阳性率为61%,仅次于IgA和C_3。肾小球内FRA沉积与血肌酐和蛋白尿相关,而且与肾小球系膜硬化有一定的联系。沉积于肾小球的FRA参与了IgA肾病的临床病理过程。
The relationship between glomerular fibrin-related antigen (FRA) deposition and clinicopathological changes in patients with IgA nephropathy was retrospectively analyzed by computer image analysis system. The positive rate of glomerular FRA deposition in IgA nephropathy patients was 61%, second only to IgA and C_3. Glomerular intraepithelial neovascularization (FRA) deposition is associated with serum creatinine and proteinuria and is associated with mesangial sclerosis. FRA deposited on glomeruli is involved in the clinicopathological process of IgA nephropathy.
